Dom Whiting is in classic form as he DJs while simultaneously spins on the wheels of steel, and livestreams his performances, all while riding his bicycle. I think I have the bicycle part down.
Jamie Miller Soars With “I Lost Myself In Loving You”
Meteorically rising pop singer/songwriter Jamie Miller releases his most heartfelt and personal single to date, “I Lost Myself In Loving You” – available now via Atlantic Records and Geaux Uptown Records. Written by Miller alongside Sierra Deaton (5 Seconds of Summer) and GRAMMY-nominated Jon Hume (Bebe Rexha, Dean Lewis, JP Cooper), the intimate and candid track delves into the tribulations of blind love.
“I wrote this song after falling completely in love with the wrong person. After coming out as bisexual last year, I found myself in love with a guy for the first time and was completely blinded by my emotions. Although our time together left me deceived and heartbroken, I hope this song can help mend a few broken hearts.” – JAMIE MILLER
“I Lost Myself In Loving You” arrives on the heels of “Wishes,” a stunning ballad recorded for the soundtrack of the hit Korean TV drama series Snowdrop, airing globally on Disney+ and starring Jisoo of BLACKPINK. In just a week, the track has amassed over 4 million streams and 2.5 million video views worldwide.
Last year saw Miller make a splash with his viral single “Here’s Your Perfect,” which spent a lengthy 13 weeks on Billboard’s Global Ex-US chart. Deemed a “breakout hit” by Rolling Stone, the track has amassed over 338 million global streams to date and over 135 million combined video views. Meanwhile, Miller’s debut single “City That Never Sleeps,” penned/produced by GRAMMY-nominated MNEK (Beyoncé, Dua Lipa), Noise Club (Liam Payne, Zedd) & Asia Whitacre (Hailee Steinfeld, 5 Seconds of Summer), garnered buzz from the likes of PEOPLE Magazine, The Huffington Post (calling the track a “dreamy pop debut”), Billboard (praising Miller’s “incredible vocal range and control”) & more.
Born and raised in Wales, Miller cites early musical inspiration from gospel, R&B, and soul classics fostered by his parents (including the catalogues of Donny Hathaway and Michael Jackson) before discovering and honing his voice to modern talents such as Bruno Mars, Sam Smith, Lewis Capaldi & others. Initially timid in nature, Miller shied away publicly from his natural talent until the age of 18 when he mustered up the courage to relocate to London and appear for the first time on UK broadcast television in 2017. In the years that followed, he eventually migrated to Los Angeles to craft his own original music while simultaneously amassing an explosive online following thanks to ongoing displays of his jaw-dropping vocal talent – in addition to capturing the attention of today’s top musicians and his own personal idols including Kelly Clarkson, P!nk, Sam Smith, Jennifer Hudson & more.
Michael Bublé Announces Release Of New Album Higher On March 25
Multi-Grammy winning superstar Michael Bublé will be releasing HIGHER, his 11th studio album on Warner Records / Reprise Records on March 25th.
Bublé’s first single, “I’ll Never Not Love You” finds the multi-Grammy, multi-Juno and multi-platinum selling global superstar entertainer at the peak of his vocal and creative powers.
Produced by Greg Wells and Bob Rock along with Allen Chang, Jason ‘Spicy G’ Goldman and Sir Paul McCartney, HIGHER is Bublé’s first studio album in three years and follows his hugely successful sold out two-year global “An Evening With Michael Bublé Tour” as well as the 10th year of the massive success of his classic Christmas album.
Standouts on the new album include a magical duet with Willie Nelson of his song “Crazy,” a Bublé heartfelt version of the Sir Paul McCartney penned song “My Valentine” (produced by McCartney), the Bob Dylan classic “Make You Feel My Love,” and three Bublé penned originals including the new single “I’ll Never Not Love You.” Other highlights are Bublé’s take on the Sam Cooke’s classic “Bring It On Home To Me,” “You’re The First, The Last, My Everything,” and the joyous “A Nightingale Sang in Berkeley Square.” The album closes with a dramatic and breathtaking version of “Smile” accompanied by a gospel choir.
Commented Bublé, “This time out, I opened myself up completely to trying new things. I dug deeper while working and surrounding myself with the greatest music makers on the planet with gigantic imaginations. Whether it was sitting down to write with Ryan Tedder and Greg Wells, recording three songs in one day with my pal Bob Rock along with 40 of the most amazing musicians off the studio floor who hadn’t played music in 15 months, dancing around laughing and crying in my underwear in my home studio when a song sounded just right, every moment felt magical or that the universe was conspiring to bring me to this moment in time 20 years into this amazing ride I’ve been on. I have never been more excited after completing an album.”
“Michael Bublé is a great dance partner. He gives me lots of credit but I credit him for opening up his trust to try working with a new team. He’s a phenomenal hitmaker,” commented Greg Wells.
Added Bob Rock, “Since I’ve worked with him, this was the most focused and inspired Michael has been. He understood the record he wanted to make. He had a clear vision. As soon as we started, he stuck his neck out to make each song get to the place that he was hearing it in his head.”
Michael Bublé started singing at age four in his family’s home in Burnaby, Canada and hasn’t stopped since that time. His self-titled debut album on Reprise Records was released in 2005. A series of multi-platinum, No. 1 albums followed including Call Me Irresponsible, Crazy Love, To Be Loved and Christmas. His most recent album Love debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Top 200. He has sold over 75 million albums during the course of his extraordinary career. His Christmas album, released ten years ago continues to sell and stream in the millions and billions and his voice has become synonymous with the holiday season. As a performer, Bublé has enjoyed enormous success these past several decades as one of the most exciting global touring artists out there with sold out shows in over 30 countries. His most recent tour, “An Evening With Michael Bublé” from 2019-2022 was seen by over a million fans around the world. He loves hockey, fantasy football, TikTok, and singing. He is the proud father of Noah, Eli and Vida.

ANIMALS AS LEADERS recently announced their first new album in six years. Their long-awaited return, titled Parrhesia, will be out on Sumerian Records on March 25th. The release has been highlighted so far by the release of singles “Monomyth” and “The Problem Of Other Minds” which combined, have clocked up 1.3 million YouTube views and over 2 million streams on Spotify alone since release.
It might sound strange to associate “storytelling” with instrumental music. But ANIMALS AS LEADERS jettisoned the rules, limitations, and boundaries of conventional rock music from the start. Armed with palette-expanding eight-string guitars, rich synths, and pummeling percussive grooves, the trio is beloved by metalheads, aspiring virtuosos, jazz fanatics, and casual listeners alike. As Pitchfork observed, “Animals As Leaders have walked the tightrope between sheer technical virtuosity and actual emotional resonance.” Even without vocals, this is intimate, myth-making music.
ANIMALS AS LEADERS began as a solo outlet for guitarist Tosin Abasi, whose creative partnership with classically trained guitarist Javier Reyes and Berklee-educated drummer Matt Garstka is built on a shared love of everything from fusion to technical death metal. Garstka graced the cover of Modern Drummer in 2015. In one of his many appearances on their cover, Guitar World named Tosin among the Guitarists of the Decade. Rolling Stone featured him as part of their “Young Guns” series. The Chicago Tribune declared him “the closest thing prog-metal has to an Eddie Van Halen.”
Kerrang! included their album, ‘Weightless’ among its Best Albums of 2011. ‘The Joy of Motion’ entered the Billboard 200 at No. 24 in 2014, and ‘The Madness of Many’ cracked the Top 20 in 2016. Now more than a decade into their career, a quick look at the bands they’ve toured with demonstrates the consistently diverse appeal of ANIMALS AS LEADERS. It’s a list that includes Korn, Deftones, Thrice, Meshuggah, Underoath, TesseracT, and Circa Survive as well as major festivals with the likes of Linkin Park, Avenged Sevenfold, and Slipknot.
ANIMALS AS LEADERS offer more than clinic-ready musicianship and proficiency. A focus on mood, texture, and emotive power elevates the material past any preconceived notions, resulting in a fascinatingly unique phenomenon, with an unlikely and profound appeal across multiple sub-genres and over 200 million career streams to date.
“We all know how talented the guys in Animals As Leaders are. Absurdly talented,” declared Metal Sucks. “They are one of the finest, most interesting units in modern music.”
Jawbreaker Announce 25th Anniversary “Dear You” Tour Dates Kick Off March 18, 2022
On March 18 Jawbreaker will kick off the 25th anniversary tour of their seminal album Dear You. Jawbreaker note, “The last two years don’t count.” The dates produced by Live Nation, start on the west coast with a show at Seattle’s Showbox SoDo and includes a stop at The Wiltern in Los Angeles and multiple night stands at The Fillmore in San Francisco, Chicago’s House Of Blues, and Irving Plaza in New York City, among other cities. Along the way Jawbreaker have invited Built to Spill, Descendents, Jawbox, Face to Face, Best Coast, Team Dresch, and the Linda Linda’s to support on select shows.
More than 35 years after forming on the campus of New York University, Jawbreaker remains one of the most beloved and influential bands of the post-punk era. Vocalist/guitarist Blake Schwarzenbach, bassist Chris Bauermeister and drummer Adam Pfahler carved a unique niche in the emo and alternative scenes with indie classics such as 1990’s Unfun, 1992’s Bivouac (which led to tour dates with Nirvana) and 1994’s 24 Hour Revenge Therapy, which was included in Pitchfork’s Top 100 Favorite Records Of The 1990s.
Jawbreaker signed to a lucrative deal with the major label DGC Records ahead of the release of 1995’s Dear You, which further raised the band’s mainstream profile but inflamed long-simmering internal tensions. Jawbreaker disbanded in 1996 and its members moved onto other projects in and outside of music. After turning down regular offers to reunite for more than 20 years, the trio returned to the stage to headline the 2017 edition of Riot Fest in Chicago and later toured North America and Europe. A career-spanning documentary, Don’t Break Down: A Film About Jawbreaker, was also released in 2017.
Rolling Stone list Dear You as #4 in their “Top 40 Greatest Emo Albums of All Time” and have noted “their fingerprints are all over much of the rock that took over mainstream radio in the mid-2000s.” Countless bands cite them as inspiration and fans including Green Day, Blink 182, Dashboard Confessional, and Nirvana who took the band on a 1992 tour.

Tears For Fears Release New Single ‘Break The Man’
Today, iconic British duo, Tears For Fears, have released Break The Man, the third single off their highly anticipated first studio album in 17 years, THE TIPPING POINT, arriving February 25, 2022 via Concord Records. Co-written by Curt Smith and Charlton Pettus, and co-produced by Curt, Roland, and Charlton, the band has crafted an empowering yet groovy track, with the overarching message being to break the patriarchy.
Of the song Curt says, “‘Break The Man’ is about a strong woman, and breaking the patriarchy. I feel that a lot of the problems we’ve been having as a country and even worldwide to a certain degree has come from male dominance. It’s a song about a woman who is strong enough to break the man. For me, that would be an answer to a lot of the problems in the world – a better male-female balance.”
In October the pair released the first single & title track, The Tipping Point, capturing the grief of watching someone you love lose their long-standing battle with disease. Their second single, No Small Thing, was a meeting of the minds as the pair went back to the drawing board and found the heart and soul that would complete the album. The accompanying video was made using solely found footage showing the conflict between individual freedoms and collective responsibility. The Tipping Point is the bold, beautiful and powerful sound of Tears For Fears finding themselves together, once again.
In November, the band also announced THE TIPPING POINT WORLD TOUR, with support from Garbage on the U.S. leg. Kicking off in Cincinnati, OH on May 20th, 2022, these dates will see the band performing in over twenty cities across North America before capping off with their last show in Wantagh, NY on June 25th, 2022. These dates will mark the band’s first U.S. tour since 2017. See below for a full list of dates, and for tickets and more information, visit the band’s website.
With 30 million albums sold worldwide, performing to countless sold-out audiences, and winning various awards, the band represent an inimitable intersection of pop palatability, clever and cognizant lyricism, guitar bombast, and new wave innovation. Their 1983 debut, The Hurting, yielded anthems such as Mad World, Change, and Pale Shelter, reaching RIAA Gold status in the United States. 1985’s Songs from the Big Chair became a watershed moment for the group and music at large. Boasting the signature BRIT Award-winning, Everybody Wants to Rule the World, Shout, Head over Heels, Mothers Talk and I Believe (A Soulful Re-Recording), it went quintuple-platinum and captured #1 on the Billboard Top 200. Slant dubbed it one of The Best Albums of the 1980s, it was featured in the book 1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die, and Consequence of Sound awarded it a rare A+ rating in a 20-year retrospective. 1989’s Seeds of Love proved to be Orzabal and Smith’s last collaboration together until Everybody Loves A Happy Ending in 2004, which rekindled the creative fire between them. The band engaged in a three-year touring whirlwind across North America, Japan, South Korea, Manila, and South America beginning in 2010. 2013 saw them return with their first recorded music in a decade: a cover of Arcade Fire’s Ready to Start. The band returned once more in 2017 with the Rule The World best-of collection which once more catapulted the band back to the upper echelon of the UK album charts. The duo’s DNA remains embedded within three generations of artists on both subtle and overt levels. Quietly casting a shadow over rock, hip-hop, electronic dance music, indie, and beyond, Kanye West interpolated Memories Fade on The Coldest Winter from the seminal 808s & Heartbreak, The Weeknd infused Pale Shelter into Starboy’s Secrets, David Guetta sampled Change for Always, and Drake utilized Ideas as Opiates as the foundation for Lust For Life, while Ally Brooke Hernandez, Adam Lambert, and Gary Jules recorded popular covers of Mad World and Disturbed took on Shout, and that’s only to name a few. Lorde cut a haunting cover of Everybody Wants To Rule The World for the soundtrack of the blockbuster, The Hunger Games – Catching Fire, which Tears For Fears gleefully would use as intro music live and thus bring everything full circle. In 2021 the band were honoured with the Outstanding Song Collection Award at the Ivor Novello Awards.
Meanwhile, classic songs figure prominently everywhere from The Wire and Donnie Darko to Straight Outta Compton and Mr. Robot. Long before they became a cultural cornerstone, Tears For Fears simply consisted of two school friends growing up in Bath, Somerset UK.
With The Tipping Point and comprehensive touring plans on the horizon Orzabal and Smith remain as loud as ever, while yet another generation gets ready to “Shout” with them all over again.

Bob Dylan Announces 2022 Tour Dates
Bob Dylan’s U.S. Spring dates have been announced and will go on sale starting Friday, January 28.
Columbia Records and Legacy Recordings, the catalog division of Sony Music Entertainment, has recently released Bob Dylan – Springtime In New York: The Bootleg Series Vol. 16 (1980-1985).
The latest chapter in Columbia/Legacy’s highly acclaimed Bob Dylan Bootleg Series revisits an often-forgotten, rich vein in Dylan’s vast and complex catalog, shining fresh light on the provocative new musical directions Dylan was taking as a songwriter and a recording artist from 1980 through 1985. In the early 1980s, while the music industry was grappling with the arrival of new trends and technology, from MTV to compact discs to digital recording, Bob Dylan was writing and recording new songs for a new decade, creating an essential new chapter in his studio catalog. Bob Dylan – Springtime In New York (1980-1985) celebrates the rich creative period surrounding Dylan’s albums Shot Of Love, Infidels, and Empire Burlesque with previously unreleased outtakes, alternate takes, rehearsal recordings, live performances and more.
