Lorna Shore Adds 2026 North American Tour Dates, Kicking Off April 17 With Support From Paleface Swiss & Signs Of The Swarm

0

After dominating 2025 with their explosive new album I Feel The Everblack Festering Within Me (named one of the best of the year by Kerrang, Metal Hammer and Loudwire), Lorna Shore is ready to do it all over again in 2026 with a massive global tour that kicks off January 23 in Germany and heads into the spring with newly announced dates just added for North America.

Lorna Shore will be joined by Paleface Swiss and Signs Of The Swarm for the North American run, which begins April 17 in Buffalo, NY and runs through May 22 in Montclair, NJ, alongside festival appearances at Welcome To Rockville and Sonic Temple Art & Music Festival. See the full tour dates below.

Tickets for the North American dates will be available starting with an artist presale beginning Tuesday, January 20 at 9AM ET. Additional presales will run throughout the week ahead of the general onsale beginning Friday, January 23 at 9AM local time at LiveNation.com. For more info and tickets you can also visit lornashoreband.com.

Alongside today’s tour announcement, Lorna Shore also releases the latest taste of their critically acclaimed new album with the single and video for “In Darkness.”

Says frontman Will Ramos of the song, “’In Darkness’ is about growing up feeling distant from everyone, a song about anxiety and being an outcast (as many of us metal fans grow from). It’s a song about embracing that outlandish and ostracized feeling. Knowing that we have grown in the shadows, the darkness of the world, but accepting that through that darkness we have become.”

I Feel The Everblack Festering Within Me, out now via Century Media Records, is Lorna Shore’s fifth album and the first in three years since 2022’s Pain Remains and continues the band’s reputation as one of the most impressive extreme metal acts to emerge in recent memory.

The quintet, also including lead guitarist Adam De Micco, drummer Austin Archey, rhythm guitarist Andrew O’Connor and bassist Michael Yager, have hit the viral Spotify charts, racked up hundreds of millions of streams, embarked on highly successful tours and in the process, galvanized a significant fanbase that hangs onto the band’s quest for stylistic inversion. But by virtue of physical onslaught and wanting to divine truth from their music, Lorna Shore have kept themselves fired up by torching the metal rulebook at every turn, practically demanding that other genres step up their game.

I Feel The Everblack Festering Within Me is now available in multiple formats including digital, CD and limited-edition vinyl variants. Fans can stream the album HERE and find their preferred physical and digital retailer HERE. Fans can also shop a merch collection, available HERE.

The announcement comes on the heels of Rocky’s fourth studio album, DON’T BE DUMB, released last Friday. As Rocky’s first album in nearly 8 years, DON’T BE DUMB “not only rewards patience but adds new wrinkles to the rapper’s approach — an evolved relationship with melody and a wiser lyrical slant,” says Billboard.

An unprecedented hype led up to DON’T BE DUMB’s release, surpassing 1 million pre-saves on Spotify, making it hip-hop’s most pre-saved album on the platform. This hype was built through a massive past year for Rocky, in which he starred in two A24-produced feature films — Highest 2 Lowest directed by Spike Lee, and the Golden-Globe-winning If I Had Legs I’d Kick You directed by Mary Bronstein. Rocky also served as co-chair of the 2025 Met Gala, was announced as the creative director for Ray-Ban, and was appointed as Chanel’s new house ambassador.

Aussie Powerhouse The Stripp Unleashes High Energy Action Rock On New Album ‘Life Imitates Art’

0

Australia’s own rock-and-roll juggernaut The Stripp returns to the spotlight with their second album ‘Life Imitates Art’ on January 23. This release marks a significant evolution for the band, bridging the gap between classic Aussie rock icons and modern punk grit. Bek Taylor leads the charge with a vocal presence that draws frequent comparisons to a blend of Joan Jett and Lemmy Kilmister. The new tracks push the group into an explosive sonic realm that surpasses their previous studio work. Listeners describe the record as a breathtaking celebration of cultural resonance and rhythmic precision.

Since their debut in 2022, the group has sharpened their edge through a relentless schedule of live performances. They have shared stages with heavy-hitters including The D4, Zeke, and the Hard-Ons. These high-energy appearances earned the band a reputation as one of the finest rising acts in the global rock subculture. The Stripp consistently delivers a unique twist on classic sounds that keeps audiences captivated. This latest studio effort shatters the traditional action-rock mold to create something entirely more visceral.

The band plans to hit the road harder than ever following the January release to support the new material. Their history of festival appearances and headline shows provides a solid foundation for this upcoming tour cycle. ‘Life Imitates Art’ arrives through a partnership with Spaghetty Town Records in North America alongside Ghost Highway Recordings and Beluga Records in Europe. Every track reflects a band that has refined its sound through years of touring and stagecraft. This record establishes The Stripp as a dominant force in the international rock scene.

Global Sensation Dina Ayada Unlocks Bold New Sounds On Debut Album ‘IDENTITY’ Executive Produced By Gunna

0

Belgian-raised Moroccan artist Dina Ayada releases her striking debut album ‘IDENTITY’ today, marking a significant milestone in her rapid international ascent. This deeply personal project features executive production from Grammy-nominated artist Gunna, who also joins Ayada on the melodic standout track “No Rush”. The record successfully blends underground rap textures with confident R&B tones. Listeners describe the new material as a breathtaking celebration of cultural resonance and rhythmic precision. Additional production contributions from KayCyy, Bugz Ronin, and Victor Thell ensure a seamless movement between genres throughout the tracklist.

The narrative of ‘IDENTITY’ captures Ayada’s experiences growing up across cultures while navigating the chaos of a blossoming music career. She reflects on a life shaped by movement and transformation, defining her journey as a search for clarity. “I stayed locked in working quietly on my debut album learning discipline through the ups and downs,” says Ayada. “A lot of lessons came with the growth but through everything I genuinely found myself.” This self-assured artistic voice serves as the anchor for the entire project.

Ayada’s creative evolution gained momentum during her 2024 performances at Rolling Loud Thailand and Wireless Festival Middle East. She previously shared the stage as an opening act on Gunna’s tour and collaborated with artists including Bambi and DC The Don. “At 18 I packed my life into a suitcase and left home just to chase a feeling I couldn’t ignore,” Ayada shared regarding her move to Los Angeles. “You can’t find your identity without breaking yourself open.” Her presence as a fashion icon remains evident through recent features in Dazed and a cover for L’Officiel Belgium.

Looking ahead to the new year, the artist prepares to launch a Salomon campaign in Spring 2026 featuring music from the album. This commercial partnership precedes a highly anticipated European tour where Ayada will perform the new tracks live for the first time. The album ‘IDENTITY’ stands as a definitive statement from a global artist working on her own terms. Fans can access the full project across all digital platforms starting today, December 31, 2025.

Host Abbie Gobeli guides the session which captures the group in peak form following their recent 2025 tour dates. Les Claypool and Sean Lennon Release “WAP,” Announce 2026 Tour Bringing Together Primus, Claypool Lennon Delirium, and Frog Brigade

0

Les Claypool will hit the road in Summer 2026 with Claypool Gold, a wildly ambitious, full-evening tour that brings together three of his most beloved and sonically adventurous bands – Primus, The Claypool Lennon Delirium, and Les Claypool’s Fearless Flying Frog Brigade – for one mind-melting musical experience. Each night, all the bands will share the stage all at once for a fluid show featuring wildly different setlists and surprises.

The tour kicks off Wednesday, May 20th in Reno, NV, and will travel coast to coast with over 25 shows in cities including Seattle, Chicago, Boston, Austin, Atlanta, and Los Angeles, before wrapping with a July 4th celebration in Napa, CA. A special VIP and Artist Presale begins Wednesday, January 21st at 10am local time, followed by a general on-sale Friday, January 23rd at 10am local. For more information and to purchase tickets, visit https://www.lesclaypool.com/.

Fans can also access limited VIP packages, including the Fat Bastard Front Row Super VIP Experience – featuring front row seats, a pre-show Q&A with Primus and Sean Ono Lennon, a signed limited-edition tour poster, early entry, and more – and the Lucky Bastard VIP Experience, which offers premium seats within the first 15 rows, merch perks, and early access. Available in select markets.

Coinciding with today’s tour announcement is the release of a brand-new song titled “WAP (What A Predicament)” by The Claypool Lennon Delirium, Claypool’s mutant-psychedelic project with Sean Ono Lennon. A warped meditation on morality, artificial intelligence safety, and the slippery slope of optimization without empathy – set against a sonic backdrop of fuzz-drenched groove and theatrical psych-rock – the track finds Claypool and Lennon in peak Delirium form, alternately biting, bewildered, and barbed as they reflect on a world gone algorithmic.

“Like a president caught in shenanigans with the beauty queen,” Lennon intones on the opening line, “I’m guessing they may not be so innocent as they’d have us believe.” From there, the track spirals into existential musings on online chaos, virtual unreality, and the fragility of collective memory. “I’m not sure if history repeats,” Lennon continues, “but I’m certain that it rhymes.”

The Claypool Lennon Delirium centers on the core creative partnership of Les Claypool (Primus, Fearless Flying Frog Brigade) and Sean Ono Lennon (The Ghost of a Saber Tooth Tiger), who have long operated on the outer rim of genre and reason. Together, they remain a singular force: a mutant fusion of art-school satire, warped vision, and boundary-busting musical chemistry.

The new song arrives amid a remarkably prolific run for Claypool. In the past few years alone, he’s led a full-scale reunion of his Fearless Flying Frog Brigade, performing Pink Floyd’s Animals in its entirety across two national tours; celebrated his solo legacy with the Adverse Yaw: The Prawn Song Years box set (featuring Purple Onion, Of Whales & Woe, Of Fungi & Foe and more); and launched the Interstellar Drum Derby – a global open-call and wildly entertaining YouTube series chronicling Primus’ search for a new drummer. The search drew over 6,200 applicants and culminated in the addition of Shreveport’s John Hoffman, who has since joined Primus for a string of headline shows, tour dates with Tool and Puscifer, and the release of their explosive new single “Little Lord Fentanyl” featuring Maynard James Keenan.

In addition to playing guitar with the Colonel’s Fearless Flying Frog Brigade, Lennon has also kept very busy. He’s performed in an improvising trio with John Zorn and Laurie Anderson; and under his own name, released Asterisms, a wild instrumental album on Zorn’s Tzadik Records, which draws on psych rock and jazz. Besides his own music, he produced Exotica, the most recent album by British neo-psychedelic band Temples, he received a Grammy award in 2025 for his design of John Lennon’s Mind Games boxed reissue, and he wrote and produced a short animated film inspired by John & Yoko’s “War Is Over,” which won an Academy Award in 2024.

With “WAP” now streaming everywhere and Claypool Gold poised to take over the summer, fans are invited to grab their goggles, their empathy, and maybe a can of tuna – and prepare for a tour unlike anything else on Earth.
