Anyone who knows me personally or through social media knows my biggest passion can be summed up in one word: Music. Love of music has been the basis for almost everything I’ve ever done, both workwise and for kicks, and it just never gets old. Jeff Lynne’s ELO Announces 2018 North American Tour, Their First In Over 30 Years

On the heels of a once-in-a-lifetime Wembley Stadium show and a European tour in 2017, Jeff Lynne’s ELO announces its first North American tour in 30 plus years produced by Live Nation. Jeff Lynne’s last extensive U.S. tour with ELO was in 1981. Known as one of the most iconic forces in music history, Jeff Lynne’s ELO has spent the last two years with a critically acclaimed and chart-topping album, a sold out run of UK and European shows, as well as an induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Of the tour, Jeff Lynne says, “Our Audiences are amazing. It’s like they’re in the group. We can’t wait to play for them again.” The tour will hit 10 cities, starting in Oakland, CA at Oracle Arena before wrapping in Philadelphia, PA at Wells Fargo Center. See below for full tour routing.

Foo Fighters have confirmed that they will headline and curate the eagerly anticipated second incarnation of the rock n roll marathon that LA Weekly hailed as “a celebration of music and life,” the Los Angeles Times cited as a reminder to fans “why they come to music festivals: to feel connection and catharsis,” and Forbes reported “the response from fans inside and after was one of elation and joy at another great rock and roll party from the band who does them better than anyone else today”:

CALJAM18 will take place October 5 and 6, 2018, returning to Glen Helen Regional Park and Amphitheater for another Friday night camping party followed by another Saturday 12-hour rock extravaganza: More fun, food, sun and sweat, more guitars, and even more good times.

GRAMMY Award-winning recording artist Zac Brown teams with songwriter Niko Moon and producer Ben Simonetti to craft an extraordinary new Southern pop outfit, Sir Rosevelt. The trio’s debut 11-track self-titled album arrives to all music retailers and streaming services on Friday, December 15th.

“Sir Rosevelt” is available for pre-order beginning today, joined by an instant-grat download of a brand new track, “Something ‘Bout You” co-produced by 4x GRAMMY® Award-winner Timbaland (Missy Elliott, Justin Timberlake) – and accompanied by a colorful new lyric video:

Sir Rosevelt’s debut single “Sunday Finest,” co-written with 10x GRAMMY Award-winner Pharrell Williams earlier this year, was also joined by a spectacular companion visual – WATCH HERE – directed by Diego Pernia (who previously collaborated with Brown on the acclaimed “Remedy – A Zac Brown Band Film”) and praised by Rolling Stone as “an ode to the relentless pursuit of hedonism” that “recalls the glorious opulence of The Great Gatsby’s Roaring Twenties.”

Sir Rosevelt followed the release of “Sunday Finest” with their first-ever network TV live performance on ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live! Sir Rosevelt will celebrate the release of their debut self-titled album “Sir Rosevelt” with a much anticipated performance at CBS Radio’s “An Epic New Year’s Eve Weekend,” slated for Friday, December 29th at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. The show – on sale now via Ticketmaster – marks Sir Rosevelt’s first-ever U.S. live date following two prior critically-acclaimed performances earlier this year at London’s Scala and Australia’s Byron Bay Bluesfest. Additional North American live dates will be unveiled soon for 2018.

Taylor Swift Announces “Reputation” North American Tour

Taylor Swift is hitting the road for the first time in two years, and this will easily be one of the biggest tours of 2018. Kicking off May 8 in Glendale, Arizona, the 27-date jaunt will support her sixth album, Reputation, before wrapping up in Arlington, Texas, on Oct. 6. According to Swift’s website, additional concerts will be announced in the U.K., Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand.
