Fresh off a string of sold-out shows across the EU and UK on the second leg of his world tour, bbno$ celebrates this upcoming tour leg with the brand new single, “1-800.” The track marks a groundbreaking moment as the official music debut of Ironmouse, the world’s #1 VTuber with over 2 million followers on Twitch. When expressing excitement around extending his tour, bbno$ simply stated, “get money and spread positivity.”

The track continues bbno$’s signature blend of electronic production and his unmistakably witty lyrical style, further solidifying his role as a trailblazer in the self-styled genre he dubs “electronic meme rap.”

Tickets for the upcoming shows will be available through multiple presale opportunities including Spotify and local venue presales. General On Sale will be Thursday, July 3 at 11AM local time.

Produced by Frank Rogers, the forthcoming project brings McCreery together with some legendary friends including Hootie & the Blowfish, Lee Brice, and one of McCreery’s greatest musical idols, R&B legend Charlie Wilson.

“Back home everyone calls me ‘Scooter,’ so since I’m singing with a few of my favorite artists, I decided to call this project Scooter & Friends,” said McCreery. “It’s a fun collection of songs that are a little different from what I normally sing, yet they are still me. If the fans like it, maybe there will be a second volume in a few years.”

In his latest release off Scooter & Friends, “Once Upon a Bottle of Wine,” out now – McCreery shows off his artistic versatility alongside Charlie Wilson for an unexpected sound that many fans haven’t heard from the ACM Award winner. Written by McCreery, Brent Anderson, Derek George, Jeremy Bussey, and Frank Rogers, the song was a dream come true for McCreery who has long admired Wilson.

Being able to call him a friend means more than I can say. And now, having him sing with me on a song I wrote is a dream come true.”

Wilson shared “My ‘Charlie Last Name Wilson’ song was one of his favorites when he was growing up and I never knew he was a fan, so when we finally met years ago I was blown away with that huge voice and had him jump on stage with me. He brought the house down that night and now I’m so excited that we have a duet together.”

Ella Langley Unleashes Country Rock Anthem “Never Met Anyone Like You” Featuring HARDY

0

Ella Langley is back with her electrifying new single, “Never Met Anyone Like You (feat. HARDY)”. From the very first note, Ella draws listeners in with intimate vocals laid over a warm acoustic guitar. As the track unfolds, it swells into a powerful country-rock anthem that captures the wild, exhilarating rush of falling hard for someone who turns your world upside down. Co-written with superstar artist and producer HARDY (who has penned over 16 No. 1 hits), and hitmaker Jordan Schmidt (who also produced the track), the song takes Ella’s signature sound to new heights.

As Ella noted on social media, “this isn’t a love song.” HARDY adds, “This is one of my favorite songs I’ve been a part of in a really long time. I love the craft of songwriting, so anytime that we get to have a twist at the end of the song, it’s my favorite thing in the world. It was a write that wasn’t even supposed to happen, which is a beautiful thing – we were caught off guard by our own creativity. Everybody in the room crushed it that day. I can’t wait to see people’s reactions because I really do think it’s one of the coolest songs I’ve been a part of. I’m excited for it!”

“Never Met Anyone Like You (feat. HARDY)” follows Ella’s recent achievements at the 2025 ACMs Awards, where she was most-nominated and most-awarded artist of the year, taking home New Female Artist of the Year as well as Single of the Year, Musical Event of the Year and Visual Media of the Year for “you look like you love me” (as artist + director). Her RIAA Gold Certified hit “weren’t for the wind” is currently #28 and climbing on the Billboard Hot 100 and has amassed over 230 million streams worldwide. The breezy single also ranks Top 5 at US Country Radio (#4) and topped SiriusXM The Highway Hot 30 Countdown for two weeks. Her performance of the song was featured on ABC’s “CMA Fest presented by SoFi” primetime special last night. Ella was also recently named Billboard’s 2025 Country Power Players Rising Star, where Lainey Wilson presented her the award at the event in Nashville earlier this month.

Brenda Lee Documentary “Rockin’ Around” Set for DVD+Blu-ray Release September 5

0

Mercury Studios, TH Entertainment and Nashville PBS announce today the upcoming DVD+Blu-ray release of Brenda Lee: “Rockin’ Around” on September 5, 2025.

A four-time Grammy nominee, Brenda Lee was the first woman inducted into both the Country Music Hall of Fame in 1997 and the Rock ‘n’ Roll Hall of Fame in 2002 and honored with the Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award in 2009.

Known as a child prodigy, Brenda Lee (Brenda Mae Tarpley) achieved international stardom at the young age of 13 with the 1958 Christmas Classic “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree”. Although this Christmas staple wasn’t an instant hit, it finally placed #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 in December 2023, when Brenda was 78, making her the oldest artist to hit #1 on that chart. This marked her first #1 hit since “I Want To Be Wanted” in 1960.

Brenda Lee: “Rockin’ Around” traces her extraordinary journey from youthful sensation to global icon. Showcasing her genre transcending legacy, the film explores Lee’s success in rock, pop, country and rockabilly -an unprecedented feat during her era. The documentary delves into her signature hits, including “Sweet Nothin’s”, “Break it to me Gently”, “I’m Sorry” and countless others, as well as her professional relationships and encounters with Patsy Cline, Elvis Presley and The Beatles (who opened for her in Hamburg, Germany in 1962).

Featuring rare archival footage and photographs, unforgettable performance clips, and candid interviews with Brenda Lee herself, this star-studded film also includes appearances by country music icons Keith Urban, Tanya Tucker, and Trisha Yearwood; rock legend Pat Benatar; producer Neil Giraldo; and beloved radio personality Shotgun Tom Kelly, host of SiriusXM’s 60s Gold.

Brenda Lee: “Rockin’ Around” is a heartfelt tribute to one of music’s most enduring voices and a must-watch for fans of all generations. Pre-order here

Lecrae Announces ‘Reconstruction’ Album With Lead Single “Tell No Lie” Featuring Jackie Hill Perry

0

Lecrae announces his hotly anticipated tenth studio album, Reconstruction, due this summer. Alongside the album announcement, Lecrae shares the lead single “Tell No Lie” featuring Reach Records signee Jackie Hill Perry – available to stream now on all digital platforms.

Speaking about the new single, Lecrae shares: “‘Tell No Lie’ is about cutting through the noise we live in every day: social media, AI, fake flexing, and the pressure to perform like everything’s perfect. The truth is, most of us are just giraffes on ice skates doing our best not to fall. This song is both a mirror and a megaphone – it reflects the struggle, and it calls out the truth. Men lie, women lie, but God never lies. That’s what me and Jackie Hill Perry wanted to bring to the surface.”

Flipping the iconic sample from “Amores Como el Nuestro” by Jerry Rivera (also known from Shakira’s “Hips Don’t Lie”), Lecrae and Jackie confront the empty posturing in both hip-hop culture and spiritual spaces, challenging the lies people tell to gain status, validation, or influence. Triumphant and dynamic, the hard-hitting track showcases Lecrae’s no-holds-barred edge, in his quintessentially straight forward voice, declaring, “Please just keep it real with me/Cross my heart/Dot my i’s/Tuck that fire/Tell no lie.”

“Tell No Lie” follows May’s collaborative mixtape, Get Well Soon, with Bay Area’s Miles Minnick. The 7-track project, which includes standout guest appearances from E-40, YeloHill, and DJ Mal-Ski to name a few, drew acclaim from NPR, Okayplayer, Essence, Vibe Magazine, HotNewHipHop, and more.

Lecrae’s new single arrives in the midst of a whirlwind year for the multi-platinum indie artist, following his surprise appearance at Rolling Loud California earlier this year. There, he joined Miles (Minnick) on stage to perform music from Get Well Soon at the world’s largest hip-hop festival – and even held an altar call after their performance.

Continuing his mission of bringing Christ to the culture, he now reunites musically with Jackie for the first time in nine years to disrupt the status quo. “Tell No Lie” sets the tone for an unstoppable and intentional run. It also heralds the arrival of Lecrae’s forthcoming album Reconstruction – his first solo project since 2022’s Church Clothes 4 LP.

.idk. and Cordae Reconnect On “Prince George”, A Soulful Tribute To Their PG County Roots

0

.idk. collaborates with fellow hometown hero Cordae on his new single “Prince George.” Sampling Bob Carson’s 1971 classic “A Lonely Place,” the pair float over the soulful backdrop with razor-sharp bars detailing their upbringing in PG County.

Speaking about the new single, .idk. shares, “Cordae and I go way back to the DMV days when his name was Entandre. It’s been crazy to see how far we’ve come. This song was an effortless collaboration – and being from where we’re from, the video being shot in Rome is a full-circle moment.”

On the track, .idk.’s play-on-words calls to mind the braggadocio of today’s hip-hop as he ruminates on the importance of never forgetting where you came from. Each verse shines a light on two individuals trying to escape the cycle of poverty and crime: “‘Prince George’ is about the hustle it takes to make it out, and the different types of people who try to do so,” .idk. says. But more importantly, the song is a clear reminder that we shouldn’t be swayed by the harsh realities of the past, especially when the places we live influence how we view the world.

The accompanying music video, directed by .idk. and Jacob Parra-Mena, heightens the message. Spliced with black-and-white footage and set against the cinematic backdrop of Rome, Italy, it delivers a cinematic contrast to the song’s themes of striving, struggle, and resilience, capturing the cultural tension between aspiration and origin.

The release follows .idk.’s Top 50 Viral Charting hit “CLOVER” (feat. Joey Valence & Brae) and arrives on the heels of Cordae’s 2024 album Crossroads. It also arrives on the heels of .idk.’s 2025 tri-city tour, “The Imaginary Run” with Sector 202, which made landfall in L.A., DC, and NYC.

Tyler Herwig Releases ‘Honey That’s You’, A Tender Pop Country Tribute To Love That Heals

0

Pop Country artist Tyler Herwig returns with Honey That’s You, a heartfelt and deeply personal tribute to the woman who changed his life. Written after an emotional family trip, the track captures the quiet, everyday moments that remind us just how lucky we are to love and be loved.

Blending the warmth of acoustic country with a modern edge, Honey That’s You channels the sincerity of Dan + Shay and Hunter Hayes, pairing intimate storytelling with soaring, melodic production. The song’s lyrics unfold like a love letter in real time: “You found a mess in me / looked past what I couldn’t see”

This release marks a defining moment in Herwig’s artistry, with now over 90K followers throughout his pages and nearly over 130K Streams on Spotify. Tyler is leaning fully into his identity as a husband and father, while embracing the sonic fingerprint he’s been refining across his catalog. “This song came out of nowhere,” says Tyler. “I’ve written a lot about my wife before, but this one almost wrote itself. It’s the kind of love that grounds you and makes you better.”

Jonathan Richman Announces ‘Only Frozen Sky Anyway’, His 18th Album, Out July 4 With Jerry Harrison and Tommy Larkins

0

Legendary balladeer JONATHAN RICHMAN will be digitally releasing his 18th studio album ONLY FROZEN SKY ANYWAY on July 4, 2025 via Blue Arrow Records (vinyl and CD will be released at a later date TBA). With his longtime drummer and percussionist Tommy Larkins and former Modern Lovers bandmate the inimitable Jerry Harrison (Talking Heads) on keyboards, Richman follows in his longtime tradition of injecting his lyrical wit into indie rock in a fashion that he perfected over the decades.

Kicking off with the rhythmic “I Was Just A Piece of Frozen Sky Anyway,” the album finds Richman in his prime, traipsing through acoustic styles effortlessly from track to track. Lifting the melody and chorus from Bee Gee’s eponymous hit single, Richman creates a nostalgic narrative in “Night Fever,” where he takes on a voyeuristic look on typical a Saturday night in Europe. The infectiously propulsive “The Older Girl” sees Richman warning a younger fellow to avoid dating up (“She was a whole year older / And I looked a lot younger / I was too young to know how important those two things were). The Spanish-inflected “Se Va Pa’volver” captures the thematic thread of departures and returns that permeates the album. Richman explains, “Like many of the songs on this new record, which either existed in a vague, skeletal form or did not at all before we started recording on January 5th of ’25 (and finished by January 10th), this song fits in with the theme that seems to have taken shape during that recording session. The song is about how our friends are leaving, in their dying, on an errand, only to return in another role… with another mission. How do I dare say such a thing? Oh…I don’t know.”

In addition to this album of all new material, Blue Arrow will be releasing his last three albums Ishkode! Ishkode! (2016), SA! (2018) and Want To Visit My Inner House? (2021) as well as the EPs Cold Pizza & Other Hot Stuff (2022) and Yatasamaroun (2023) to streaming services for the first time ever. Previously only available via Bandcamp or for purchase at shows, the rollout of these releases finally makes them accessible to a much larger audience. Of these albums, Richman says, “Jerry Harrison, Nicole Montalbano and I produced [Want To Visit My Inner House?] as well as SA! (2018). To us, the two albums are related in the sense that Want to Visit My Inner House? suggests where SA was starting to head.”

In support of Only Frozen Sky Anyway, Richman has announced a Fall tour that kicks off October 3rd iin Boise, ID and circles the continent, hitting Calgary, Winnipeg, Minneapolis, Albany, before wrapping up at Portland, ME’s SPACE Gallery.  Dates are below:

Sawyer Utah Releases “WHERE DO U GO?”, A Nostalgic Pop Anthem For The Overthinkers

0

Fast-rising singer, songwriter and producer Sawyer Utah has released his new single “WHERE DO U GO?”. Oozing with 2010s pop nostalgia, the new track is for all the overthinkers out there.

“WHERE DO U GO?” starts off with a deceptively upbeat production before arriving at the chorus which begs the question where do our crushes go when they leave us? Written alongside Zhone (Troye Sivan) and Sophie Simmons (Leah Kate), the new single shows off an angstier side of Utah while still saying true to his own unique sound.

“From the day I made this song with Zhone & Sophie, it’s been one of my favorites. It was the first session I ever had with them and we all wanted to make something energetic,” said Utah. “We actually originally made it in 2022 and it’s been sitting in the vault. I never stopped coming back to it and working on it slowly, evolving the production and vocals to grow with me…it always had this infectious feeling and I couldn’t stop listening because of it. I felt like that was a sign I had to get it out in the world and let the people hear it too!”

“WHERE DO U GO?” follows Utah’s latest single “tears & wishes”, a trippy bedroom-pop track infused with late night vibes. The single was featured on Spotify’s “Varsity Bars” playlist, iHeart Radio’s “Newly Releases” and “Pop Pulse” playlists as well as TIDAL’s “Pop Rising” playlist.

Annie Bosko Releases “Country Girls! (Who Runs the World)”, A Rousing Anthem Of Strength And Swagger

0

Annie Bosko releases her rousing anthem “Country Girls! (Who Runs the World),” available now via Stone Country Records. Celebrating the grit and grace of women who do it all, the new track blends honky-tonk swagger with girl-power pride.

“It’s no secret that being a woman in country music means working twice as hard with half the time,” shares Bosko. “There’s constant pressure – around age, appearance and how you present yourself. Guys can show up in a ball cap and jeans, but it doesn’t work that way for us. Female artists have always made up a smaller slice of the country music marketplace. But when they break through, they break through big.

“Growing up, Shania Twain lit my world on fire. She made me feel powerful – like I could be bold, feminine, sexy, smart, fiery and fun all at once,” she adds. “That’s what I hope this song does: sparks that fire and makes women feel fearless and ready to take on the world.”

“Country Girls! (Who Runs the World)” arrives with an original line dance, brought to life earlier this month in a surprise flash mob at CMA Fest, where Bosko joined forces with a group of line dancers from Nashville Dance Fest at the Ariat storefront in downtown Nashville.
