Sarah McLachlan has announced additional summer dates for her “Better Broken Tour,” produced by Live Nation, in support of her latest studio album ‘Better Broken,’ released in September via Concord Records. The new run begins July 1 in Franklin, Tennessee, and stretches across the United States before concluding with two nights in Woodinville, Washington. Special guest Allison Russell will join on all upcoming dates.
The tour includes stops at several landmark venues, including Forest Hills Stadium in New York, Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado, and two nights at the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles. The announcement follows a sold-out fall leg that saw McLachlan perform in major cities including Washington, D.C., New York, Boston, Chicago, and Los Angeles. Citi and Verizon presales begin February 17, with general on-sale starting February 19 at 10 a.m. local time.
‘Better Broken,’ McLachlan’s tenth studio album and first for Concord Records, was primarily recorded at Sound City Studios in Los Angeles. She collaborated with producers Tony Berg and Will Maclellan, alongside musicians Wendy Melvoin, Matt Chamberlain, Benny Bock, and Greg Leisz. The album’s title track opens the project with a reflective meditation on resilience and renewal.
Beyond the stage, McLachlan continues her philanthropic work through the Sarah McLachlan School of Music, which provides free music education to underserved youth in Canada. One dollar from every ticket sold on the tour will be donated to the school, which now serves more than 2,000 students annually.
