Denton, Texas based music and visual artist Claire Morales has released her new album, ‘Lost in the Desert’, which is available everywhere out now. The album, which follows the acclaimed singles “Low,” “YVB,” and “Champion,” arrives as both a full length album and a companion graphic novella, telling the story of a solo, female odyssey through the sand. Inspired by a mix of true stories and mythic tall tales, the entire work explores the lures and lusts, beauty and horrors, traps and diversions encountered on the path to self actualization. Morales and her band are not afraid to stretch genre when the themes demand it, making the album dynamic and varied with a new surprise around each bend.

The tone shifts dramatically throughout the record, moving from bright poppy bursts to ominous psychedelic swells, roaring rock and roll moments, and quiet lulls of folky introspection. Motion City Soundtrack Releases Album ‘The Same Old Wasted Wonderful World’

Motion City Soundtrack has officially released their first new album in ten years, ‘The Same Old Wasted Wonderful World’, which is available everywhere out now via Epitaph. The band, known for transmuting complex human emotions into hooky pop punk charm, returns with a powerful collection of songs that sees them reclaiming their crown as one of punk rock’s most accessible and infectious acts. The album was preceded by the sobering rock ballad, “Your Days Are Numbered,” a special track that features an impassioned cameo from Mat Kerekes of Citizen. Frontman Justin Pierre described Mat’s contribution as “f***ing brutal.”

The band, composed of Justin Pierre, Joshua Cain, Matt Taylor, Jesse Johnson, and Tony Thaxton, challenged themselves to reach outside of their collective comfort zone for this new material. Pierre admits that previously he felt he didn’t have an identity, saying, “now by working through the hard stuff, I know who I am.” The group reunited with Sean O’Keefe at the legendary Electrical Audio studio in Chicago to record the album. The track listing boasts other features, including Fall Out Boy’s Patrick Stump (who co wrote the song “Particle Physics”) and Deanna Belos of Sincere Engineer. As guitarist Joshua Cain explains, the result is an album that sees the band transmuting the last decade of life experiences into the catchiest songs of their career.

Boundary pushing band Nothing More has released their thought provoking new video for the single “EXISTENTIAL DREAD,” which is available everywhere out now on Better Noise Music’s YouTube page. The band partnered with AI director and editor Jurassic Smoothie for the video, a choice that sparked an immediate online debate about the use of AI to create music videos and art after only a teaser trailer was released. Singer Jonny Hawkins personally addressed the controversy, speaking with RockFeed and commenting on the band’s Instagram to share his perspective on the medium.

Hawkins clarified the band’s artistic control, stating: “AI didn’t make a video for us. We hired an artist, I plotted out a vision, theme and visuals. Then that artist used AI to start generating images that he edited together through multiple versions with notes… and then tweaked that into a visual experience for the viewer.” He added, “There is a huge difference between letting a machine create something and using a machine to create something. The legendary New York hardcore outfit Biohazard has officially released ‘Divided We Fall’, their first studio album in over a decade, which is out now via BLKIIBLK. The record reunites the band’s original lineup, delivering a blistering statement of unity amid chaos, blending their unmistakable fusion of hardcore, metal, and streetwise groove with a sharpened edge for a fractured modern world.
